Our Practice

Pirate Pediatrics was created by God for God. Dr. Morgan had a vision to work in a professional pediatric practice where she could spend the time needed for patients and families to feel heard, understood and supported while receiving the necessary medical care. She felt God nudging her to open her own practice and He paved the way!

Since Pirate Pediatrics opened its doors to patients in 2012, our mission is to provide quality, compassionate care while giving Him all the honor, praise, and glory! We value the time spent with you and your family.

Pirate Pediatrics offers a variety of services including well and sick visits for children and adolescents of all ages. We also see children for chronic conditions such as ADHD, asthma, anxiety, depression and healthy weight management.  We have unique services to help you through the newborn period, including instruction on “The Happiest Baby on the Block” to teach you how to turn on the calming reflex and soothe your child.

Having a sick child can be distressing. It is our top priority to address your concerns. We are available 24/7 to save you a trip to Urgent Care or to the Emergency Department.

At Pirate Pediatrics, we respect your time. We provide questionnaires via CHADIS so you spend less time completing paperwork.  My Kid’s Chart allows for secure non-urgent communication, online bill pay and access to your child’s protected health information any time day or night. We use a secure platform for virtual visits for you to meet with a known provider in the comfort of your home during office hours or after hours.

Patient Centered Medical Home

Pirate Pediatrics is recognized by the NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home. The PCMH is a model of care that puts patients at the forefront of care. PCMHs build better relationships between people and their clinical care teams. Research shows that they improve quality, the patient experience and staff satisfaction, while reducing health care costs.
